Community Employment Supervisors in Donegal have suspended five days of strike action.
The action was due to get underway this afternoon outside Minister Joe McHugh's Constituency Office in Letterkenny in a row over pension rights.
It follows an agreement with the Department of Employment Affairs and Social Protection to enter into talks aimed at resolving the long-running pension dispute.
There are 48 CE Supervisors/Assistants in Donegal with over 1200 participants looking after a range of community projects.
Secretary of the Donegal Network for CE Supervisors Kate Campbell says she is hopeful the issues can be resolved.
