A special Ceremony to mark official installation Bishop Kevin Doran as the new Bishop of Achonry will take place later this month.
Kevin Doran is also the current Bishop of Elphin. He was confirmed as bishop of both dioceses in February by Pope Francis.
The two Dioceses have amalgamated meaning they will be led by one Bishop.
A special mass will take place in St. Nathy's Cathedral in Ballaghaderreen on March the 30th for the official installation of the bishop.
