Sligo County Council is to seek clarification from the HSE on future plans for investment in two health facilities in north Sligo.
Sinn Fein Councillor Thomas Healy says it's essential that both Cliffoney Health Centre and Carrigans Day Care Centre continue providing all their services.
He recalled that, in the past, there had been fears the centres might close.
