Collapse of Mercosur trade talks good news for farmers, says Carthy

There are reports that the so-called EU-Mercosur trade deal has collapsed.

Ireland North West Midlands Sinn Fein MEP Matt Carthy has welcomed the development, saying it's particularly good news for Irish farmers.

He is now calling on the government to examine its position on other trade deals:
