Community Employment Supervisors in the north west are to go on strike.
The issue stems from a 2008 Labour Court Recommendation regarding pension rights that has yet to be implemented 12 years on.
Speaking to OceanFM News, Niall Shanahan of FORSA says there seems to be no 'political will' to solve the problem.
