Concern that hospital Covid-19 numbers not dropping fast enough nationally

The number of people with Covid-19 in hospitals continues to drop, however, there is concern the rate needs to be quicker nationally.

Numbers are low in the north west with latest figures showing 1 person is receiving treatment in Sligo University Hospital and 4 in Letterkenny University Hospital.

As of 6.30pm yesterday, there were 3 critical care beds available in Sligo and 1 in Letterkenny

208 patients are being treated around the country with 51 in ICU.
