The coronavirus is also hitting the holding of local authority meetings.
Two municipal district meetings that were go ahead in Sligo this morning have been cancelled.
They are the Borough District of Sligo meeting and the Sligo-Drumcliff Municipal District meeting.
A meeting of Leitrim councillors from the Manorhamilton Municipal District has also been cancelled.
