Council resources in Leitrim brought into question

Council resources in County Leitrim have been brought into question.

It comes as roles for a biodiversity Officer, Climate Action Officer and a Climate Action Coordinator are currently being advertised online.

Local Sinn Fein Cllr Padraig Fallon says while the new positions are a positive development, he wonders if these resources are better placed in other departments like housing, given the current climate:
