There are calls for a full review of casual trading bye-laws in Sligo.
Sligo Sinn Fein Councillor Chris MacManus says the bye-laws have not been updated since 2003.
He says in light of Sligo's position along the Wild Atlantic Way more pop up markets and farmers markets should be considered.
He's calling for new laws to be in place by next summer at the latest:
