Leitrim and Donegal County Councils have yet to spend any of the money allocated to them to develop traveller accommodation.
While Sligo has drawn down just a fraction of its allocation.
Donegal was allocated nearly €122,000 this year while Leitrim was approved nearly €160,000.
While Sligo County Council has used just over €7600 from its allocation of more than a million euro.
Jamie Murphy, of Sligo Traveller Support Group, says he's not surprised by the latest figures:
