Gardai have seized a quantity of counterfeit shoes in south Donegal.
On a routine patrol in Ballyshannon today, Gardai stopped a car and discovered 40 pairs of runners which are suspected to be counterfeit.
They say that they have a potential sale value of more than €2,000.
An investigation is ongoing.
