Counting in the Sligo-Leitrim constituency has been underway since 9am
The count, which is taking place in the Sligo Park Hotel, will sort through 209 boxes: 115 from the Sligo area, 64 from Leitrim, 15 from south Doengal and 15 from north Donegal.
The Ocean FM-IT Sligo Exit Poll indicates that Sinn Féin's Martin Kenny is likely to top the poll - and in all probabilty, will be elected on the first count.
A first count isn't expected until late this evening (Sunday).
