Sligo County Council anticipates that the current situation in relation to the coronavirus pandemic will impact on its capacity to maintain existing levels of services.
It says certain services will have to be curtailed, with Sligo’s public libraries have been closed until further notice.
Local authorities have been requested to facilitate social distancing and to maximise every opportunity for
working from home in the delivery of its services.
The council also says that management of the Coronavirus outbreak to ensure maximum protection to the community entails reduction of face to face, person to person contact.
