Small businesses in the North West are facing increasing pressure to keep the lights on this winter.
That's according to Sligo Leitrim Sinn Fein TD Martin Kenny who raised the issue with Taoiseach Michael Martin in the Dail last evening.
There are ongoing calls from Sinn Fein for a five month freeze on energy bills so that they don't go past 2021 levels.
Deputy Kenny says many businesses in the Sligo Leitrim area are facing difficult decisions in the months ahead and believes that the Government can and should step in:
