Dail tensions resume as Tánaiste accuses Donegal TD of narcissism

The Tánaiste has accused one Donegal TD of being narcissistic.

Notorious tensions between Leo Varadkar and Sinn Fein's Pearse Doherty have resumed in the Dail, just a fortnight into the new term.

The latest row erupted this afternoon during a discussion on lengthy waiting lists for children awaiting assessment by a disability team.

Deputy Doherty asked when the Government is going to provide investment to tackle the issue and to rethink the budget.

While acknowledging that a review of the system is needed, the Tánaiste says it was disappointing that Deputy Doherty didn't use his Dail time to provide tangible solutions:
