Dairy herds and cattle dealers won't be eligible for €100m fund

When the so-called €100 Brexit fund for farmers was announced some time ago, there were immediate questions about who would benefit and what might be the conditions for eligibility.

Now, it has emerged that some detailed proposals are on the table, as Martin Coughlan, farm analyst with the Irish Independsent has been telling Ocean FM News.
