Day services for Older Persons resume in Cliffoney

Day services for Older Persons have resumed in Cliffoney in a new venue.

Services previously located in Cliffoney Health Centre are now available three days a week in Cliffoney Hall.

Sligo Leader is running the service on behalf of the HSE on Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Clients will have access to the social day centre and will also be able to avail of a hot meal.

Clients can be referred via the GP or Public Health Nurse. Or if they wish to self-refer they can apply via Sligo Leader

Transport may be available through local link to and from the centre for those living along the selected route agreed by Rural Link and HSE.

There is ongoing engagement between the HSE and local link in relation to transport routes.
