The overall number of those waiting on trolleys at the North West's two main hospitals has decreased in figures published by the INMO.
The number has decreased at Sligo University Hospital where 36 people were waiting for a bed this morning, a decrease of 6 on yesterday.
Letterkenny University Hospital has seen also recorded a decrease in its overall figures with 36 also waiting there, a decrease of 3 on Monday morning's figures.
The total number of patients across the country stands at 574 today according to the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation.
