A Donegal TD has hit at what he says are tax cuts that benefit the well-off.
Sinn Fein Deputy Pearse Doherty made his comments following publication uyesterday of the government's summer economic statement.
He says shortfalls in services, such as in hospitals and health services, is not being dealt with.
Deputy Doherty also says abolishing the USC is reckless.
