Today’s AGM of Donegal County Council has been adjourned for a second time after a row broke out over the appointing members to committees.
A number of Independent Cllrs, namely Jimmy Brogan, Michael McBride, Declan Meehan, Frank McBrearty and Michael Cholm Mac Giolla Easbuig have made claims that they were excluded from talks on the formation of committees.
