The fifth count in the Donegal constituency has seen Frank O'Donnell eliminated.

His 337 votes are now being distributed amongst the 15 candidates still standing at the Aura Leisure Centre.

Sinn Féin candidates Pearse Doherty and Pádraig Mac Lochlainn were elected in Count 1 and Count 2 respectively.

The quota is 12,771.
