Donegal County Council have been shortlisted for Local Authority of the Year.
The awards, which are run by Chambers Ireland, see Donegal as one of three local authorities nominated for the award.
Donegal County Council have also been nominated for a host of other awards, including Climate Change, Festival of the Year, Health and Wellbeing, Heritage and Built Environment, Promoting Economic Development and Supporting Sustainable Communities.
The winners will be announced at a ceremony this evening in the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Dublin from 7.30pm.
