Donegal County Council are holding a Special Meeting on Friday around the mica scandal.
New Cathaoirleach of the local authority, Jack Murray, has called the online meeting.
The objective is to discuss concern from homeowner over defective blocks and the redress scheme.
Speaking to OceanFM News, he says it's important the mica issue is 'front and centre' of political life in the county.
