Donegal County Council's meeting adjourned following Mica demonstration

Today's Donegal County Council's meeting has been adjourned following a defective block demonstration outside the Council offices in Lifford.

Campaigners Paddy Diver, Lisa Hone and three homeowners have addressed councillors in the chamber.

The campaigners made calls for the immediate release of funds for those who need to move out of their homes.

The Council meeting is expected to resume later.
