Donegal Gardai committed to preventing gathernings

Gardai in Donegal say they will do everything they can to prevent gatherings taking place that breach public health guidelines.

They've set up a hotline for the public to report illegal gatherings in their area.

Although the hotline is based in Letterkenny, it covers the entire Donegal garda division.

It follows concern expressed by health officials about the high number of Covid cases in County Donegal, particularly in areas in the north of the county.
