Gardaí in Donegal has issued a warning over the latest scam that's doing the rounds.
They have been made aware of a scam text message.

Gardaí say that these scam messages are a random text message purporting to be from them stating that the receiver has been assigned a fine alongside a link.
Gardaí are advising the public to not engage or click on the link provided.

Gardaí are asking the public to never enter personal banking details if you're suspicious of a text message or an email.
Gardaí say they do not send texts or WhatsApp messages of this nature.
