A Donegal GP says a decrease in the number of Covid figures is the reward for the level of vaccination that has taken place to date.
The five-day moving average of Covid-19 casess dropped by 18 per cent in the past week.
It now stands at 1,438 - over 300 less than seven days ago.
1,144 new cases were reported yesterday evening.
GP Ciarán Ó Fearraigh says there's an obvious reason for the recent trend.
