The man died in a road-traffic incident in county Donegal on Friday morning has been named locally.
Kacper Dudek, who was 20, lost his life when a tree fell on the car he was driving at Feddyglass, Raphoe shortly after 5am.
The section of the N14 remains closed this morning and local diversions are in place.
Garda Forensic Collision Investigators are conducting a full examination of the scene this morning.
