A take away in Donegal was issued with a closure order last month as it posed an immediate danger to public health, according to the Food Safety Authority of Ireland.
In total, seven take-aways, pubs, and restaurants throughout the country were found to be in breach of food safety laws in April.
Sewage and waste was seen overflowing from a drain close to the bins outside Spicy Hut on Main Street, Carrigart, Donegal.
