A Donegal TD says he has 'no confidence' the HSE will act on what's said in the Brandon Report.
Independent Deputy, Thomas Pringle, says a recent Health Information and Quality Authority report found 'non-compliance' continues with the health service executive.
Deputy Pringle says the HIQA report released last week reported that a resident engaged in “inappropriate sexual behaviour” that was ignored by staff.
The incident is claimed to have happened at Edencrest, Riverside and Cloghan flat, which is part of part of the Ard Greine complex last September.
