An old fire station in Donegal is to be demolished to make way for car parking.
It's expected the site of the now unused fire station building in Donegal Town could provide up to 60 more car-parking spaces.
The building has been unused since a new fire station was built at Drumlonagher some years ago.
Donegal Fianna Fail Councillor Micheal Naughton says the additional car parking is badly needed:
