Dream come true: Community hall with showers complements pitch in Ballisodare

A new community hall complete with showers is now available in Ballisodare in County Sligo.

It's beside a community pitch on the Ballygawley Road.

The two facilities together are now a major boost for the local community in Ballisodare, making a 20-year old dream finally become a reality.

Margaret Savage, chairperson of Ballisodare Community Council, has been telling Ocean FM about what has been achieved, and the community effort that went into it.
