€500,000 in new funding for Sligo start-up

12 new jobs are on the way for a Sligo software start-up following a significant funding milestone.

Stick+ has raised €500,000 in funding from Enterprise Ireland and Growing Capital.

€150,000 of the funding came from Enterprise Ireland’s High Potential Start-up programme and is match funded by Growing Capital. An additional €200,000 will be unlocked based on performance.

Creation of 12 new jobs over the next 12 months will primarily focus in product development, marketing, partnerships and customer success roles.

Founded in October 2023 and co-located between Sligo and Galway, Slick+ provides more than twenty corporate clients short-form, video-based social learning solutions that brings a consumer-grade experience to the world of work.
