Visitors will no longer be required to produce proof of vaccination or immunity at Sligo University Hospital from Monday.
People will still be required to book a visit in advance with the relevant ward for between 6pm and 8pm each day.
Grainne McCann, Hospital manager said they are currently dealing with a Covid outbreak and the wearing of face masks will still be required.
