Eight acres of land in Dromahair, Co Leitrim, was among the properties which have just been sold at Allsop auctions.
The land, at Stonebridge Estate, went for €70,000.
A first-floor two-bedroom apartment at Ballytivnan in Sligo was sold for €67,000.
And a detached three-bedroom house in Coolaney was bought for €108,000.
About a dozen County Donegal properties were sold, most of them in the Letterkenny area.
Noticeable was the number of properties that went far above their reserve prices.
A detached four-bedroom house in Malin, with a reserve of €55,000 to €65,000, was sold for €102,000.
Another similar house in Gweedore with a reserve of €45,000 to €55,000, went for €150,000.
And a five-bedroom detached house in Manorcunningham with a reservice of €60,000 to €70,000 was sold for €146,000.
Another Allsop auction of residential and commercial properties will take place on July 27th.
