Power has been restored to the Maugheraboy, Oakfield and parts of the Strandhill area of County Sligo following a major power outage yesterday evening.
Almost 700 customers were hit by the blackout just after 8 o'clock.
In the busy Maugherboy area, street and traffic lights went off, as well as the floodlights in the Showgrounds.
According to ESB Networks, the disruption was the result of a fault on the system.

Power was restored after about two hours, although, for about 40 customers, it was after midnight last night.
