A Leitrim Councillor is requesting that the HSE provide a list of buildings it has in its ownership across the county.

Manorhamilton Independent Councillor Felim Gurn says it also needs to be established if the buildings are empty or unused.

The Independent Councillor is suggesting that any empty buildings should be made available to Community groups to facilitate the provision of services such as family resource centres and counselling services for young people and adults.

With the COVID lockdown having had an impact on society, Cllr. Gurn says additional resources in terms of accommodation and funding for the provision of services is needed.
