Enniscrone and Bundoran feature in a list of most popular staycation destinations.
Airbnb has unveiled a list of the top 10 places Irish people choose when using its website.
In a statement released this week, Airbnb stated that Letterkenny in Donegal was the top trending domestic destination for those in Ireland looking to holiday closer to home.
Ranking in second and third place then was Inishmore in Galway and Rosslare in Wexford respectively, while Dingle in Kerry and Schull in Cork rounded out the top five.
Enniscrone came in sixth place while Bundoran came 10th.
Commenting on Enniscrone's inclusion local Councillor Joe Queenan says the importance of having Air B&B units available to cater for such visitors is vitally important:

Donegal and Kerry were the counties in Ireland with the most destinations in the top 10, with two a piece. Tralee in Kerry placed eighth, while Bundoran in Donegal came 10th.
