The EU Commissioner for Fisheries will meet representatives from the industry in Killybegs in Co. Donegal today.
The two-day visit will see Commissioner Sinkevicius meet a range of stakeholders, including government ministers and those in fishing and environmental groups.
The Commissioner's trip comes at a time of great concern to those in the fishing industry, whose livelihoods are being heavily impacted by Brexit.
