The Fine Gael Parliamentary Party is expected to approve the Programme for Government today.
The move will pave the way for the coalition to take office on Wednesday.
The party will meet later today after which the combined vote of the party's councillors and members will be counted.
Fine Gael is on course to have seven senior cabinet ministers at the table.
There has been speculation over the weekend that Sligo Leitrim Deputy Frank Feighan will receive a Junior Ministry along with his Constituency Colleague, Independent TD Marian Harkin.
Yesterday, Fianna Fáil voted 93% in favour of the policy document.
