Fire services called to deal with a blaze in Finisklin

The Fire services in Sligo are currently dealing with a fire at the site of the old Herron building in Finisklin in Sligo.

The fire department are advising all local businesses and residents to keep windows closed as a precaution.

Consequently Finisklin Road is closed to traffic between its junction with Pirn Mill Road

and the roundabout at Ballast Quay. Diversions are in place via Ballast Quay.
