Flights at Ireland West Airport operating as scheduled

Flights to and from Ireland West Airport are operating as scheduled today.

Storm Éowyn, snow and ice caused some disruption on Friday, however, with phone lines and internet connection both still down at the facility.

Those using the airport are being advised that it is operation on a ‘cash only’ basis while internet connection is down.

While motorists travelling to the airport are being urged to travel with caution and care as road conditions in and around the airport are said to be treacherous.
