Commercial agents CBRE have launched an international campaign to find a buyer for the biotech manufacturing complex in Finisklin.
Ity had been operated by Elanco Animal health, a divison of pharmaceutical giant Eli Lilly, which closed with the loss of 100 jobs.
The plant consists of three separate parts: a 40,000 square foot building on a four-and-a-half acre site.
There is a quality control building of about 5,500 square feet and the nearby Fort Gary-leased facilities with a three-storey office block and packaging area extending to more than 51,000 square feet.
