Funding allocated for community groups impacted by the pandemic

Over €800,000 that been allocated for Sligo, Leitrim and Donegal to support community groups impacted by COVID-19.

Sligo is to receive €268,000, €258,000 for Leitrim and Donegal has received an allocation of €319,000 out a total national fund of €9m

The money is available for small community groups that have been negatively impacted by the pandemic.

Facilities such as community centres, men’s and women’s sheds, parish halls and youth centres are eligible to apply
