Funding announced for Aughanagh and Cloonacool facilities

A local Senator has welcomed a branch of funding worth over €22,000 to developments in Aughanagh and Cloonacool in Sligo.

As part of the Dormant Accounts Fund for local developments, Aughanagh Community Hall is to receieve €14,142 while the Mill Community Café is Cloonacool is to benefit from a €8,460.

This funding falls under the Small Capital grants Scheme that was established to help grow and strenghten social enterprises.

Fine Gael Senator Frank Feighan believes this funding will go along way:
