Covid-19 support funding has been announced for a wide range of projects in the north west this morning.
As part of the governments July Stimulus Package and under the Town and Village Renewal Scheme, around €210,000 is going towards local projects in Sligo, Leitrim and Donegal.
The funds will go towards a number of tourism based activities, town cleaning and improvements and enhancements works.
Speaking to OceanFM News, Sligo/Leitrim Fianna Fail TD, Marc MacSharry is welcoming the news.
