Sligo is to receive a share of a €6 million funding pot aimed at enhancing outdoor amenities and recreation tourism.
The County is getting almost €343,000 in the latest round of funding to develop outdoor adventure projects and to improve local amenities.
Among the local highlights include €50,000 for Glen Wood Footbridge and €45,000 for the planning RosSligo Greenway.
