Funeral of Russell Forde to take place tomorrow

The funeral arrangements have been announced for the man who died tragically after sustain head injuries in Sligo last week.

39 year old Russell Forde from Yeats Drive, Cranmore, was found with head injuries at Rockwood Parade.

It is believed he had suffered a blow to the head in a daytime attack.

He later passed away at Beaumont Hospital in Dublin.

Russell’s remains will repose at the Foley and McGowan Funeral Home in Sligo tomorrow (Wednesday) from 12 p.m. with a celebration of his life at 1.30 p.m. He will be laid to rest afterwards in Sligo Cemetery
