It has been confirmed that the funeral services at Our Lady's Hospital in Manorhamilton are set to resume.
The service which was paused for two years during the Covid pandemic has resumed at the North Leitrim Hospital.
Speaking to Ocean FM News, Leitrim Councillor Seán McDermott believes the reopening alleviates the stress from grieving families and is also of assistance to local funeral directors and undertakers:
