House prices in County Sligo rose by 2.3% over the last three months.
The latest report from Real Estate Alliance shows that the price of the average three-bed semi in the County has increased to €222,500.

In Sligo town, prices this quarter rose by 1.9% to an average of €270,000, and prices in Tubbercurry rose by 2.9% to €175,000.
In County Leitrim, prices are up by 1.4% - the average price of a second-hand three-bed semi there has increased to €185,000.
